Sync Shifts to Your Calendar
Get your Muse & Co shifts on your Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any other calendar app. Shifts update automatically — add it once and you're set.
Quick Setup
- Go to My Schedule on staff.ncmuse.co
- On mobile, tap the green calendar icon in the bottom bar. On desktop, find the Calendar Sync card in the sidebar.
- Tap one of the quick-add buttons:
iPhone / iPad (Apple Calendar)
Tap Add to Apple Calendar. Your phone will ask you to confirm subscribing to the calendar. Tap Subscribe, then Done.
That's it! Your shifts will appear in the Calendar app within a few minutes.
Google Calendar
Tap Add to Google Calendar. It will open Google Calendar in your browser and ask you to add the calendar. Click Add calendar.
Shifts will appear after Google syncs (usually within a few hours).
Other Calendar Apps (Outlook, Samsung, etc.)
- Tap the Copy button next to the feed URL
- Open your calendar app's settings
- Look for "Add Calendar" > "Subscribe" or "From URL"
- Paste the URL and save
How Often Does It Update?
Your calendar app checks for updates every 4-12 hours (depends on the app). When your manager adds, changes, or removes a shift, it'll show up on your calendar at the next refresh.
TIP
Apple Calendar refreshes subscriptions about every 4-6 hours. Google Calendar can take up to 12-24 hours. If you need to see a change right away, check staff.ncmuse.co directly.
What Shows Up
Each shift appears as a calendar event:
- Title: "Muse & Co Shift"
- Time: Your shift start and end time
- Location: Muse & Co, Fayetteville NC
- Notes: Any notes your manager added to the shift
Past shifts (up to 2 weeks) and future shifts (up to 8 weeks) are included.
Resetting Your Calendar Link
If you need to generate a new calendar link (for example, if you shared it by accident):
- Open the Calendar Sync panel
- Scroll down and tap Reset calendar link
- Confirm the reset
WARNING
Resetting your link will break your existing calendar subscription. You'll need to remove the old calendar and re-add it with the new link.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |

| Shifts not showing up | Wait a few hours for the calendar to refresh. Check staff.ncmuse.co to confirm you have shifts. |
| Old shifts still showing | Your calendar app caches data. Remove and re-add the subscription. |
| "Add to Apple Calendar" doesn't work | Copy the URL manually and go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar |
| Google Calendar shows wrong times | Make sure your Google Calendar timezone is set to Eastern Time |
